How it works

Five steps from "thinking about it" to "day one".

  1. 01

    Compare

    Line up programmes by level, duration, intakes, exam pathway, and fee in one table: the language table and the professional cards are both on /programs.

  2. 02

    Choose

    Pick your programme and your intake window. Three a year (January, May, September), and applications close four weeks before each starts.

  3. 03

    Apply

    Send the Student Applicant form: programme, level, study mode, and your details. Admissions replies within one working day.

  4. 04

    Place

    Book a 45-minute placement slot so we can put you in the right cohort, or pick "Not sure, place me" on the form and we sort it for you.

  5. 05

    Start

    Confirm your space, settle the documents, and turn up on day one at Kendahouse. Your cohort is small, and your instructor knows your name by week two.

Dates & deadlines

Three intakes a year.

Intakes begin in January, May, and September. Applications close four weeks before the intake starts; exact dates change each round, so confirm with admissions when you apply.

Fees & payments

What things cost.

  • Application fee

    KSh 2,500, paid once with your form

  • Confirmation deposit

    KSh 5,000, secures your cohort

  • Language level

    KSh 42,000 per level, charged one CEFR level at a time

  • Professional programmes

    Confirmed with admissions, never quoted until you ask

Language study is paid one level at a time, never a whole-programme total. Ask about instalments under a level, or an employer sponsorship arrangement.
