Prices in Kenya shillings. Nothing above is multiplied out into a programme total, and nothing below is added on later without telling you first.

Why per level

Nobody studies the same number of levels.

One level is roughly twelve weeks: a start point you were placed at, a cohort you speak in every session, and a final assessment. Some people take one level and stop with a usable skill. Others climb the whole ladder from A1 to C2 over several years.

So we charge for the unit you are actually buying, not for a total you may never reach. Finish a level, decide with a clear head whether the next one is worth it to you, and pay for that decision only when you make it.

Deliberately not here

What we do not publish.

  • Whole-programme totals. A1 through C2 is a journey of variable length, so any single big number would be a fiction.
  • Guessed professional fees. Certificate and diploma routes are confirmed with admissions and quoted to you directly.
  • Exam board fees. Each board sets its own, and they are quoted separately when you enrol for a sitting.

The order of things

How the money actually runs.

Four moments, in this order. You are never asked for money before the moment it belongs to, and you always know the next amount before it is due.

  1. Step 01

    Send the form

KSh 2,500 application fee, paid once. Admissions replies within one working day.

  2. Step 02

    Read the offer

Your placement check and your full payment schedule come together, so nothing is a surprise.

  3. Step 03

    Accept the place

KSh 5,000 confirmation deposit secures the seat in a Cohort that stays small.

  4. Step 04

    Pay per level

KSh 42,000 each level, instalments available on request. Stop after any level you like.

Also worth knowing about fees

Instalments

Available per level on request. Admissions walks you through the schedule when your offer arrives.

Employer sponsorship

Some employers pay for a level directly. Ask admissions for the letter your HR team will want.

Certificates and exams

Every level ends with an assessment you have already paid for. The external exam is your choice, at the board’s fee.

Before you budget

Ask for the number you actually need.
